This 6 week Zoom series will focus on psychoeducation, experientials and guided experiences to help you drop into your body and feel the experience of secure attachment carve way into your nervous system by supporting parts in the roles they have. We will begin to identify parts of ourselves and tend to the needs of the different and sometimes competing parts that make up who we are. Drawing from IFS and structural integration, understanding and utilizing parts-work alongside the somatic experience will bring deeply supportive internal resourcing.

Each week’s circle will be recorded so if you are unable to attend live, you will be able to access and watch the recording at your convenience during the duration of these gatherings. Time for questions & interaction will be set aside at the end of circles for 15 minutes from 6:15 PM to 6:30 PM.

Payment Options:

$35 per Circle, Paid Weekly - Supported Access - For those with currently limited financial resources who will benefit from access supplemented by the community.

$45 per Circle, Paid Weekly - Fair Access - For those with sufficient financial resources and who can pay fair value for the experience.

$55 per Circle, Paid Weekly - Rebalancing Access - For those with more than enough financial resources and a desire to support access for others to help rebalance systemic inequity.

Please choose the option that feels appropriate to you and your circumstances.

*You will be responsible for payment of all 6 sessions. No refunds will be offered for missed sessions or for discontinuation of the course.

Let’s make space for all our parts at the holiday table! The holiday season can bring joy, and it can also feel overwhelming or isolating for many. If you’re experiencing anxiety around the holidays or finding it difficult to navigate this time of year, you’re not alone.

Our special Somatic Attachment Parts Work Self Care Holiday Edition offers a safe, compassionate space to connect with others who understand the challenges that come with the hustle and bustle of the season and family and friend gatherings. Specifically, we will practice parts work to better understand our frazzled, lonely, or anxious (just to name a few) parts and support them with presence, listening, and compassion.

What to Expect:
Unlike typical Somatic Attachment Parts Work Circles, the Holiday Edition Series will be just one hour and focus less on psychoeducation and more on guided experientials to support you in doing the work to tune in to your experience and find the resources needed to support yourself with gentleness and kindness. An added benefit is the shared camaraderie and community within the circle.

Payment Options:
$25 per Circle, Paid Weekly - Supported Access - For those with currently limited financial resources who will benefit from access supplemented by the community.

$35 per Circle, Paid Weekly - Fair Access - For those with sufficient financial resources and who can pay fair value for the experience.

$45 per Circle, Paid Weekly - Rebalancing Access - For those with more than enough financial resources and a desire to support access for others to help rebalance systemic inequity.

Please choose the option that feels appropriate to you and your circumstances.

To Enroll:
Simply reply here or email Kalli at expressiveartsembodiedcoaching@gmail.com and say “Yes Kalli, I’d like to join Parts Work Self Care Holiday Edition!” and I’ll send you the consent form and a payment link.

A Cenote & A Volcano

Apathy is a tight lid on some enormous volcanoes of emotion. Ahead an unknown and uncertain future looms. The anxiety volcano bubbles, and lava rushes to its top, ready to overflow. A cloud of exhaustion covers over it all, cueing the apathy lids to stay. on. tight. A deep well of hurt, sadness, and grief swirl in a cenote that seems to reach the center of the Earth. Swimming in grief, harmful points threaten the swimmer…toxic bubbles, too. Broken heart floating in a river of blood, but not drowning. Anxiety and anger erupting. Hard to have clear vision of what lies ahead when the present experience is so all consuming and draining.

My words above were written about the top half of the art. Then I asked the question, “What does the art need?” and created the bottom half.

The answer? A conduit between the cenote and volcano… The lava needs to mix with some water for cooling… The cenote elements move to the volcano to diffuse the heat. Cooling… Diffuse the heat. How does that look in my life?

What ideas do you have for cooling and diffusing the heat?

Join in person in an experience in nature to slow down and tune in to your body’s wisdom and creative connection.
