Job Description

Direct care staff are responsible to assist and support our clients with their day to day routines and activities, in and out of the individual's home. Part Time or Full Time available, and we have all types of shifts available; Some AM, mostly afternoon/PM, Overnights.

General qualifications

• Must be happy, friendly, and service oriented
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must not have any history of neglect, abuse, violence or domestic charges
• Must be physically able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must not suck at life
Responsibilities

• Personal, loving care and attention to each individual
• Assistance with meal preparation
• Assistance with keeping their home clean and nice
• Transportation to job, store, activities, etc., often in company provided vehicles
• Assistance with individual’s personal hygiene
• Attending staff meetings, company meetings
• Documentation of the day’s activities, incidents, etc.
• Other types of day to day occurrences

Compensation

• Direct care staff will be started at $18.00/hour
• Direct care staff will have opportunities for pay raise beyond that with great performance
