Takara Howard is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Private Yoga Instructor graduated from Blue Ridge School of Massage and Yoga in VA and the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in AZ. Give me a shout if you're in the area! I have big plans to build a studio to work out of, but I am currently working from a natural wellness center in Sugarhouse area called Morgan Wellness Center.
