Cori and Jake Sartori are both committed to self-development for themselves as well as their clients. Cori and Jake have known each other for almost 25 years. They met as kids and have been through heart break, depression, drug and alcohol abuse as well as defeat together. In 2012 both of them began their self-growth journey after choosing to walk away from their codependent and toxic relationship. During their time apart Cori found her love for goal setting, yoga and investing time into her own transformation. Jake found the recovery community and after many years of drug and alcohol abuse he began to love himself and find joy in sobriety. Cori and Jake help their clients heal from their codependent relationships, whether that be with people or substances. This is not your average coaching. Cori and Jake help you get from where you are to where you want to be with their incredible program and unlimited support. This last year changed us.

It asked more of us than we expected. It stretched us physically, emotionally, and mentally. And it also gave us more than we could have imagined.

Jake celebrated 13 years of sobriety this year. Thirteen years of choosing growth, integrity, and presence every single day. That choice built our marriage, our family, and the life we get to live.

Cori healed from emergency spine surgery. The healing required patience, surrender, trust, and deep self belief. These are the same tools we bring into our work with clients every day.

And in the middle of all of that…
This was one of our most abundant years.

Our income grew. Our impact expanded. We supported clients in leaving toxic relationships, rebuilding self trust, growing businesses, increasing income, healing their past, and creating lives that finally feel aligned.

We deepened our communication. Strengthened our marriage. Lived with more presence. More gratitude. More joy.

None of this happened by accident. It happened because we chose growth. Even when it was uncomfortable. Especially when it was uncomfortable.

There was a time when our lives looked nothing like they do now.

We were lost, disconnected, and stuck in patterns that kept us small.
Alcohol, negativity, and hopelessness ruled our lives, and for a while, we lost ourselves and each other.

There was a time when I was so focused on what was wrong in my life that I couldn’t see what was good.

I let pain, disappointment, and unmet expectations weigh me down.

That all shifted when I made gratitude a daily practice. It wasn’t about pretending everything was perfect, it was about choosing to see what was already good, no matter how small.

Gratitude healed me.

It shifted my mindset. It gave me the strength to walk away from toxic patterns and start building the life I wanted.
And it’s the foundation of the relationship I now have with my husband.
We’ve been through hell and back together, but gratitude allowed us to focus on growth, love, and the future we wanted to create instead of the pain of the past.

The truth is, gratitude changes everything. It opens doors, heals wounds, and attracts more of what you desire.

Forgiveness changed everything for us.

Jake and I have been through it all... addiction, betrayal, heartbreak, toxic patterns we thought we’d never break.

There was a time when I couldn’t even say his name without feeling triggered.

But here’s what most people don’t realize…

Forgiveness isn’t about saying what happened was okay.
It’s not about forgetting.
It’s not even about the other person.

Forgiveness is about choosing you.
Your peace.
Your future.
Your freedom.

When I chose to forgive Jake, and myself, it didn’t happen overnight. But it cracked the door open. And through that door came healing, honesty, and a love that’s built on truth instead of trauma.

Today, Jake is 12 years sober. I’ve done my own deep healing around alcohol, shame, and the ways I used to run from myself. We’re raising two miracle babies and building a life that’s rooted in purpose and truth.

But none of that would’ve been possible without forgiveness.

If you’re holding on to anger or hurt, I see you.
I know how heavy it is.
And I also know how free you’ll feel when you decide to let it go.

You don’t have to tell them.
You don’t have to excuse them.
You just have to decide you're done carrying it.

You get to write a new story.

Stop letting your ex take your power.

After I left my toxic, codependent relationship, I thought I was finally free.

But I wasn’t.

I kept blaming him for everything.

I was angry, resentful, and bitter... and it ate me alive.
Even though I hadn’t seen or talked to him in months, I was still giving him power over my life.

Blame and resentment are heavy.
They keep you stuck in the same place you’re trying to escape from.

The most powerful thing I did to set myself free?
I forgave.

I forgave myself for staying too long.
For pretending everything was okay.
For ignoring my gut and numbing myself just to cope.

That’s what opened the door to healing.
And once I forgave myself, forgiving him became a lot easier.

Listen—if you're still carrying the pain, still holding the resentment, it’s only hurting you.

Let today be the day you start to release it.

STOP SEARCHING!

If you have been searching, maybe frantically, for an abundant life outside of yourself, spoiler alert… you will never find it.

Everything you need to create joy and abundance lives inside of you.

It’s already there waiting to be unlocked.

I spent years of my life trying to find my perfect life outside of myself.

I thought I could find it in a romantic relationship, in my career, and even at the bar getting blackout drunk.

What I didn’t know at the time was that I had the power to create an abundant life, everything I needed was already inside of me.

We do the work. Every. Damn. Day.
Because we don’t just talk about transformation—we live it.

Jake and I wake up every morning between 4:30 and 5am to meditate together.

Not because we have to... because we know it sets the tone for our entire day.

We start grounded, connected, and full of gratitude—for the moment, for our life, and for each other.

Our communication is strong now, but only because we failed at it more times than we can count.

Each time, we got better. We learned. We grew.

And now? Our life is really good.
We look at each other all the time and say, “Can you believe this is our life?”

We get to raise two amazing boys, do work that changes lives, and live the kind of love story that used to feel impossible.

But hear me on this—none of it came easy.
We’re not perfect.

But we show up and do the work—every day—for ourselves, our marriage, our kids, and our clients.

If you want to create a life, relationship, or career you’re obsessed with—it’s possible.

But you’ve got to do the work.

I married my toxic Ex!

I am married to my best friend who was also my toxic, codependent relationship from many years ago.

We had a very bad relationship for many years but he got sober and I started to work on myself.

He’s not that person anymore and neither am I and I’ve truly come to believe that EVERYTHING IS ALWAYS WORKING OUT FOR ME!

This is my mantra that I live by.

On my 41st birthday I was told that I would not be able to conceive on my own, but I believed that everything was always working out for me and I was pregnant with my miracle baby 6-months later.

In February 2021 I quit my full time job to go after my dream of being a full time Life Coach and instead of getting a pay upgrade, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. And here we are 4 years later and my business is thriving. I’ve helped hundreds of women transform their lives through my coaching, book, workshops and more. Everything is always working out for me.

So, I encourage you to try on this mantra. You might be in the middle of a complete sh*t storm and can’t see your way out but, Everything is always working out for you.
