Most people don’t realize that IBS is just a label for symptoms like:
• bloating after meals
• gas
• constipation or diarrhea
• food sensitivities

It doesn’t explain why it’s happening.

In many cases, what’s actually going on underneath is something like:
→ SIBO (bacterial overgrowth)
→ Dysbiosis (gut microbiome imbalance)

And those require a very different approach.
