My Mamma is the most amazing, caring and loving human I've ever met! For the last 13 years she has been a crossing guard and was present with an award this week👏👏

I think many people underestimate what crossing guards provide. They not only ensure children make it to school safely, but the go above and beyond and SACRIFICE themselves for the safety of these children💯

Many times my Mom has almost been hit by cars, honked by "hurried" drivers, honked at, flipped off etc the list goes on🤬

So next time you are in a school zone and the speed limit is 20, go 20! The children are our future and your life is not more important then theirs! Slow down, and let the crossing guards do their jobs safely!

Start your morning off with a 5 minute meditation, focus on your breath and notice how you can calm your mind by anchoring into your breath. Then move into a 10 minute Pilates flow. It doesn't need to take up tons of time, the trick is consistency. Try to add this to your routine a few times a week or everyday! 🌼🔄
