Quick update! Got my stent out yesterday, so much more comfortable. Hopefully the next couple days I start to feel back to my self physically. Tuning here I come. Excited to get back to work!

Good update! Surgery was today, they not only got the stuck stone out but they removed 4 more from my kidney. I have a new stent that will be removed beginning of April. And then a referral to a stone clinic to figure out what is causing them.

I am home and more comfortable than I have been since the start of this kidney stone.

There is an end in sight for these medical issues.
Thank you universe for something good finally.

I will start tuning my self once this stent is removed. And work my way slowly to tuning others. Thank you universe for something good in a long line of not so good things.

Quick update. I’m doing much better. I still have my kidney stone, hopefully they will be able to get it out during my next surgery, plus another procedure april 1st. I almost feel ready to start tuning again. I am going to start tuning my self and then slowing work my way up to tuning others. Hoping for mid April to beginning of may to start tuning other people. Fingers and toes crossed my surgery next Friday is successful. Thank you for the continued understanding and the support. My clients hold a very special place in my heart. And I can’t wait to get back to tuning.

Quick update! I was given permission to use the tuning forks on my organs in small increments, by a passed on loved one. I posted shortly after my concussion in my biofield practitioner group and Eileen the creator of biofield tuning said I need to listen to my body and tune when I’m ready. And only i know when that will be.

I’m still hesitant but today I played my crystal bowls since the first time since Oct 2024, I didn’t realize how much I’ve missed them. It was only about 15 min plus came up with a new affirmation list to go with my alchemy bowls that just feels so right. I was also a little rusty but it came back to me really quickly.

Feeling much better, I have developed new food allergies and I’m struggling to figure out which food so I have allergy testing next Monday. Hopefully after that I get back to feeling like myself.

My brain is doing good, cognitive therapy is helping so much. I’m so thankful for everyone at Utah Spine and Accident they have all been so helpful in my recovery.

Thank you all for being patient with me as i recover. Hoping to be back to tuning within the next month. But we will see what happens, and for now I will just focus on my dr apts and finish healing my brain and body.

Update, I am still unwell physically. I am actually finally feeling better from my concussion. I have been able to adapt to my new brain. I am currently starting to relearn cooking meal. I am recovering and on a nice track to be finished with pt. Even though my mental state is recovering. I still have a long way to go. But it will be a mostly adapting to my new brain and symptoms. I am still unfortunately a ways from being better physically I am still have lots of symptoms. I am also still not working at this time. I love you all and hope ypu all are well.

On November 15th my husband and I were rear ended and I suffered a concussion. I am devastated that I can’t work, but grateful that’s all that happened. I make my clients wait 3-6 months after a concussion to get tuned since the tuning forks can disrupt the brains healing process. Unfortunately that means I have to wait as well. So I am taking 3-6 months off. I am going to focus on my healing. I hope you all can understand and continue to support me.
