Red Velvet Oreo CheesecakešŸŖšŸ«ā¤ļøšŸ¤Ž

šŸ“Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons red food coloring
- 12 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped

_____Directions:_____

1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Wrap the outside of a 9-inch springform pan with aluminum foil.
2. In a medium bowl, combine Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared springform pan.
3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
4. Mix in sour cream, buttermilk, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and red food coloring until smooth and well combined.
5. Gently fold in chopped Oreo cookies. Pour batter over the crust in the prepared pan.
6. Place the springform pan into a larger pan and pour hot water into the larger pan until it reaches halfway up the sides of the springform pan.
7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
8. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door closed for 1 hour.
9. Remove cheesecake from oven and run a knife around the edges to loosen. Allow to cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Welcome one and all...

Please allow me to introduce myself and my journey. My friends call me Sher, my sister called me Ms. Bitch (fitting since she was older, her boats were Bitch I and Bitch II and she was The Bitch - she taught me well, R.I.P. sweet sister) my kids call me Ma, Mom or the old and the moldy depending on what they want, the grand kids call me Grammy and my wonderful husband calls me his Goddess, and I’ve always thought our love was pretty magical, thus Enchanted Goddess was born. Being the youngest of 7 means that often my parents went through all the kids’ (foster sisters included!) and half the grandkids’ names before landing on my name so I answer to just about anything. I’m pretty laid back, down to earth, organized and a great listener if you need to vent. I love what I do and I do what I love. There is no purpose or time in life for anything less!

Being the owner of my own paralegal and administrative consulting firm in two states equipped me with knowledge and skills needed at this point in my life. I am an imperfect and infinite soul having a human experience. It has been my honor to be a daughter, sister, aunt, mother, grandmother, wife and friend. I am eternally grateful for the opportunities I’ve had in my life. I started out at the young age of 13 in the business office of the local hospital and remained in the medical field for 10 years. My first when I grow up I want to be a... was to work in a hospital, I never said nurse or doctor, just that I wanted to work there and help people. That experience exposed me to wide range of things and taught me patience, compassion and opened my eyes to the suffering in our world. I’m a healer but my path took me elsewhere for a time. I’m a retired certified paralegal and law office manager with over 20 years experience helping make visionary entrepreneurs’ dreams come true through corporate, banking and patent law.

Now, I am feeding my own creative passions by designing original items for the enjoyment of those who like to give that personal touch through their use and gifting of handmade works of art, including spiritual and mystical items designed to enhance positive energy flow and bring peace and balance to ones life. As an artisan, each piece is hand crafted with love and imbued with high vibrational creativity and energy. My mission is to bless others through my creativity, hand made items, blog posts and other writings, oracle and tarot readings, inspirational quotes and messages and to be a vessel for the channeling of truth and healing revelations, offering guidance and wisdom from Source, the Universe, Angels, Guides, Ancestors and the infinite Akashic Records. And don’t forget humor. Laughter is the best medicine so you might see some of that or a bit of dry sarcasm intermingled as well.

My favorite quote is ā€œWhat is a soul worth, if not its own lifetime?ā€ Author Unknown It’s pretty deep and pretty much sums it all up. It isn’t just about this lifetime but the infinite collaboration of the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine within ones self for eternity. It is inner Union aligning in perfect harmony with Source.
