Happy Friday!

We’ve been thinking lately about how far we’ve come in understanding and treating multiple sclerosis (MS). Recent studies are showing real hope—not just in slowing disease progression, but in repairing damage.

For example: a new treatment called frexalimab has shown promise in reducing disease activity in relapsing MS over 2 years, with good safety. And other research is pushing toward remyelination (repair of the nervous system’s protective coverings), which could shift what MS care looks like in the future.
