Out-patient Registered Dietitian at St Mark's Hospital and the Weight Treatment Center I have been a registered dietitian (RD) since 2005.

I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Nutrition Science at Utah State University. I provide nutrition counseling/education to individuals or groups, work as an out-patient dietitian, do public speaking engagements/presentations, and love to help people understand their eating habits better. Specialties include: eating disorders, feeding disorders/picky eating in children, weight management, bariatric nutrition, and management of gastrointestinal problems.
