Youโre not weak.
Youโre misaligned.

When fascia stiffens and joints canโt track cleanly,
your muscles canโt generate or transfer force.
So your strength goes into:
- bracing
- gripping
- overworking
- micro-corrections
- holding yourself together

This is why people say things like:
