Let’s talk about stress and anxiety. 🌿
Lately I’ve been seeing so many clients carrying elevated levels of stress in their bodies and nervous systems. And honestly, it’s not surprising with everything happening in the world.

This is your gentle reminder to come back to self care.
Step outside. Breathe. Put your feet on the Earth. Slow down.

Nature has a beautiful way of regulating our nervous system and reminding us that we’re supported. Sometimes the most powerful medicine is simply reconnecting to the Earth beneath us.

A small reminder:
Reach out to someone you love today.
Not everyone shares when they’re having a hard time.

Mother Earth is going through changes. Changes to help carry us through this chapter on Earth. She is shifting, she is evolving. She’s shifting and evolving to help carry our pain. To transmute it. To carry the frequency of love. To bring NEW earth.🌍✨

The Earth is God’s canvas of love. Written in every sunrise, sunset, in every whisper of wind that touches your skin, every mountain, in every tide, in every tree.

The seasons teach us that endings are only illusions. We learn that nothing truly ends, it transforms. Each falling leaf is a promise of a beautiful return.

Love is the highest frequency of all.
Love is the one that brings us together and carries us through even the darkest times.
Where there is love, there is god.
God is love.
