Lately I have been obsessed with making tabbouleh! This middle eastern salad is PACKED with vitamins A, C, E & K, making it the perfect immune boost your body needs. The best part about tabbouleh? It is SO EASY to put together! All you need is:

2 cups of parsley finely chopped
⅓ cup of mint leaves finely chopped
1 cucumber finely diced
1 red bell pepper finely diced
3 stalks of green onion finely slices
2 tsp of lemon juice
¼ tsp of sea salt

That’s right, while many think the term “estrogen dominance” means the only cause is your estrogen being high, there are actually other causes that can be associated. The top 3 causes I see in my patients are:

🤢Your body has poor detox abilities, which can be caused by alcohol, genetics, or other organ issues
⬇️Low progesterone which can be caused by age or stress levels
⏫Too much estrogen caused by high production rates, medications, or birth control
