We welcome walk in appointments at our SLC Clinic for Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) intakes for Methadone, Buprenorphine, Sublocade, Brixadi, and Vivitrol Patients.

We accept all Medicaid and most Medicare plans. We are in network with Select Health, Molina, Healthy U, Health Choice, BCBS, (methadone program only) United Healthcare (methadone program only).
