I am a Reiki Master / Teacher and DoTerra Essential Oils Distributor.. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. We were in a similar situation and a family with 8 kids, in a van 50 miles from nowhere, were broke down. it was 105 degrees and they had been there for an hour. We pulled them to safety. We need to be better and do better. ❤️
