Updated championship description. Yes, it's a state championship but is supported by 2 different organizations. Only a Utah state licensed therapist can get the 1st place overall prize and represent at the American Massage Championship.
I teamed up with my friend in Romania with AMTC to offer anyone inside or outside of utah with the highest score to be qualified to win an entry to the World Massage Supercup! I'm very appreciative of this team effort from both organizations to bring the community of massage therapists together and raise the standards for our profession worldwide. 🫶🙌🥰

Massage style
I specialize in creating balance in the structure by first addressing the nervous system utilizing reflexology, then the soft tissues (specifically the adhesions restricting movement), then I do joint manipulation within my scope. My intent is to disengage the compensating muscle that is overpowering the weak core muscles leading to knots and spasms. I love to utilize tools like cups, gua sha scrapers, bamboo, hot stones, crytherapy, and now coconut shells.

Career background
Early in my career, I got right into therapeutic clinical work when I took Erik Dalton's Myoskelital Alignment Technique class and started working with chiropractors. I then dabbled in the spa industry because I love doing vichy shower treatments and all the fun enhancements. I spent time working at high end spas and running my own mobile business around Aspen, Colorado. I was also privileged to be the primary instructor and clinic supervisor for the Aspen Massage Institute class of 2019. Later, I realized I still craved giving pain relief and needed to work in an environment more conducive for that. Now, I work alongside physicians, physical therapists, and acupuncturists as well as a certified medical massage practitioner.

Massage Championships
Competed at the 2019 World Massage Championship, 2023 gold medalist for the Rocky Mountain V Massage Championship, and 2023 American Massage Championship.
International judge for the California Massage Championship, Nevada Massage Championship, Romanian National Massage Championship, and the World Massage Supercup.
Director for the Utah Massage Championship since 2024
