Sauna Public Etiquette
1. Don’t bring anything in the sauna except yourself and towel to sit on.
2. Swimwear is required.
3. Ask bathers before adding water to the rocks. One ladle at a time - a little goes a long way.
4. Keep conversations light - be aware of others.
5. Leave bags, outdoor shoes, etc in lockers.
6. If the sauna is crowded, allow room for others - take turns.
7. Sometimes the space is social, sometimes quiet - calibrate accordingly.

Sunday morning mediation and sauna.
1st & 3rd Sundays
8-10AM

Join us for a low-key meditation group to start your Sunday before the bathhouse opens to the public. Oliver will lead a brief mindfulness practice followed by light socializing, sauna, cold plunge, and tea. Beginners welcome.

Schedule:
Doors open at 8 AM (door locks at 8:10 AM)
Meditation practice 8:15 - 8:45ish AM.
Tea, Sauna, Socializing 8:45 - 10 AM.

Details:
$25 for non-members; $10 for members (members use code: MEMBERS10 when booking)
Space limited to 20. Sign up in advance.

Unpadded meditation mats and small cushions provided (or bring your own) Comfortable clothes for meditation, bathing suits for sauna. Tea and light refreshment provided.

About Oliver:
Oliver is a 500 hr RYT who trained at the Sivananda Ashram and Vedanta Center in Val Morin Canada.

*Sangha means community in Sanskrit and is often used to describe assemblies of monastics and laypersons. Along with Dharma and Buddha, it is considered one of the three treasures because it helps support practitioners on their path.
