💔 A bittersweet farewell 🥲

Three years ago, I received a message from an out-of-state acupuncturist hoping to connect while visiting Utah. I wasn’t hiring and didn’t think much of it beyond making a new friend in the industry. After meeting for tea that somehow turned into four hours, it was clear that Dr. Maura Hartzman and I were meant to cross paths.

I always knew Maura’s time with us would be temporary, and that after three years she’d be returning to her home state of North Carolina. I just had no idea how fast those three years would fly.

Having Maura on our team has been an absolute joy. My gratitude for her contributions to the growth and energetic expansion of Valenti Acupuncture is truly beyond measure. I feel so fortunate to call Maura not only a colleague, but a genuine friend. I cannot wait to watch her private practice flourish as she returns home.

Dr. Hartzman’s last day in the office is May 1st.

If you’d like to get in before she goes, we strongly encourage you to book your appointments soon.

We will have a discounted Last Chance Microneedling day - more information on that will come soon!

Please also note that microneedling services will no longer be available after May 1st. If you are a current microneedling patient, now is the time to get your remaining appointments on the books before she goes.

If you’re a regular patient of Dr. Hartzman, please know that our wonderful team is here to support your continued care. We’re happy to help you transition to another provider on our schedule. Just reach out and we’ll take care of you. 🫶🏼

Welcome to the VA team Liz Coleman! 🫶🏼🌿

Liz is an LMT with an intuitive, heart-led approach to healing. She blends lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, and craniosacral therapy to create deeply restorative sessions that help the body unwind, rebalance, and return to ease.

When she’s not in session, you can find liz hiking, camping, catching live music, or relaxing with her pup.
