Over the past 9+ years, I’ve built and grown a private practice that now includes a team of 5 (soon to be 6). I’ve led marketing campaigns, managed a multi-practitioner wellness center (), offered monthly auricular acupuncture for mental health with , and facilitated powerful adventure retreats with .
But this past year especially, I’ve been doing some deep work behind the scenes. I’ve invested in education, trainings, coaching, and books to grow as a leader. I realized that if I wanted to invest in the success of my business, it had to start with me.

Turns out, I love running a business. I’ve genuinely enjoyed this growth. And while I’ll always love working with patients, I’ve come to embrace the full scope of what I do.
