Some paths are winding. Some are ancient.
Some are built with precision so powerful, they’ve withstood centuries of storms and still hold strong.

This narrow street in Cusco stopped me in my tracks.
Megalithic stones—placed without mortar—so exact, not even a piece of paper could slide between them.
🗿 Built to last.

And it hit me:
Midlife feels like this sometimes.
A tight path between what was and what’s next.
A little uneven.
Walled in on both sides.
But solid as hell when you realize what you’re really made of. 💪

I don’t feel strong right now.

🥾 Hiking, moving, even just getting through the day—sometimes it takes everything I’ve got.
💤 Adrenal fatigue is real. And slowing down? That’s the hardest part.⁠

But I’m using my tools.
🧘‍♀️ I’m listening to my body.
💡 I’m unlearning old patterns that once kept me “high performing” but now leave me wiped out.⁠

This isn’t about giving up.
