Join us for a Mental Health Resource Fair, where we connect our community with mental health care, clothing, ID vouchers, and much more. Enjoy free lunch courtesy of SLC Mission and receive a resource bag donated by Valley, with resources and warm clothing items.

MolinaCares Foundation is donating warm weather coats, and Valley Behavioral Health will be there offering support along with many other providers dedicated to helping our community thrive.

Valley proudly joined Utah’s recovery community in celebrating Recovery Day last weekend. This is such a special event as it empowers individuals in recovery and acknowledges the vital contributions of family members, service providers, and allies. Together, we raise awareness that recovery is possible through hope, healing, and health in many forms. Thank you to our Valley staff and friends who came out to show their support! 💚

September is ***dePreventionAwarenessMonth, a time to come together and shine a light on the realities too many in our communities face. Su***de remains the second leading cause of death for young people ages 10–24, reminding us how critical it is to support and listen to our youth.

Our veterans are also deeply affected. In 2022, more than 6,400 veterans died by su***de, an average of 17 lives lost every day. The su***de rate among veterans is more than double that of non-veteran adults.

For those battling addiction, the risk is just as urgent. People with substance use disorders are up to 14 times more likely to die by su***de and more than twice as likely to consider or attempt it compared to those without addiction.

To everyone in our community facing these challenges: we see you, we hear you, and we stand with you.
