Opal Go strips are a disposable, one use whitening tray. They cover all of your teeth, unlike those that you get over-the-counter. Included in this kit are 10 treatments. The advantage of these are the lower cost and not having to keep track of whitening trays.
Custom whitening trays are made by scanning your teeth and using that scan to make trays specific to your teeth. The advantage of trays are a custom fit and the ability to more easily whiten until you are happy with the results. Trays also offer the ability to whiten again, ver inexpensively, if you feel like you’ve had any relapse. The initial cost is higher but the results will be better
In office whitening is for those who are not willing to be compliant with at home whitening attempts. The process takes about an hour and is done by a trained assistant. You can expect a difference of 1 to 2 shades.
