Amethyst Center for Healing

Amethyst Center for Healing Dedicated to helping individuals, families, and communities recover from trauma and abuse, so that we may all live peaceful, empowered lives.

At Amethyst Center for Healing we are dedicated to helping individuals, families, and communities recover from trauma and abuse, so that we may all live peaceful, empowered lives. We understand that sometimes people go through things that never should have happened and that those circumstances can be damaging for everyone involved. We are here to help heal the wounds of trauma and abuse. As trauma informed, solution oriented therapists, we will explore your past, present and potential circumstances with you and help you find a plan for what is going to work best to get you moving forward to the healthy, productive life you want to live. No matter how big or small your struggle, you deserve to live a healthy and meaningful life. All of us are in this together and we are here to help. You are a part of our community and we want to see you succeed. We offer research-based, therapeutic practices to help you work through whatever is holding you back from being the person you want to be. If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, we look forward to working with you to achieve your goals. Please call or email us for an individual, couples or family therapy consultation today.

Today is World Kindness Day and we’re all about being kind here at Amethyst Center for Healing.

Kindness is contagious and it is within, so spread it!

In the words of local Salt Lake City band,
Pixie and the Partygrass Boys,

“Be kind to your neighbor,
be kind to your friend,
be kind to a stranger,
meet each other in the end.”

We had a successful fundraiser over the weekend. Many new people came out to donate to our cause and have a good time not being a D*ck! If you’d still like to donate, but didn’t get out to the event, you can send to on Venmo. Every dollar counts!

If you or someone you know is experiencing domestic violence, Amethyst Center for Healing is here.

Domestic violence has a chance to end when we meet it on both sides of the table, so we support both survivors and aggressors in their journey to healing.

DONATE TODAY to help us in our mission to address domestic violence at its root cause and create lasting change.

Not everything fits under the rug
& some truths are just too big to be ignored.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE is one of them.

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month and we highlight this societal darkness to bring truth to light.
We share statistics to bring awareness,
we spread awareness to find compassion,
and through compassion we create lasting change.

Now think about it, by the time you finish reading this caption, 24 people have been victimized by domestic violence.

.
Domestic Violence Awareness Month (DVAM) is a national campaign dedicated to raising awareness about domestic violence. Every October, organizations and individuals unite across the country for a national effort to uplift the needs, voices, and experiences of survivors.

With Survivors, Always. This theme allows us to explore what it means to be in partnership with survivors toward safety, support, and solidarity. It is both a love letter and a call to action for those committed to advocating for survivors’ needs and rights.
