All summer long on Tuesday evenings our Registered Dietitian .shields.nutrition is putting on a series of nutrition workshops geared specifically toward mountain biking.
Expect a fun group environment, honest convo’s, an all foods fit approach, a little bit of sass, and a lot of love for carbohydrates.
This is part of our WomenMTB Strength and Nutrition Series, but open to any and everyone that loves to ride + eat snacks 🍪
