This Know Before You Go seminar will be taught by Arc’teryx Utah snow ambassador and friend of Converge PT,

What better way to start off the week than with some mobility! ✨️

If you're noticing stiffness or tension through the mid to upper back, try incorporating this self- mobilization into your daily routine. You can do it before working out as part of a warm up or throughout the day to keep loose, especially if you're sitting at a computer.

It's best if done at least 2x/day. A good set to begin with is 10 to 15x moving in and out of the movement. Perform as many times as needed until stiffness or tension is improved.
