Employee of the Month – August
Nicole – Pharmacist, Denver Branch
We’re excited to celebrate Nicole as our August Employee of the Month! She joined Red Rock Pharmacy in January 2024 to explore the long-term care side of pharmacy and has been an incredible addition to our Denver team.
Nicole appreciates the supportive, team-driven culture at Red Rock. “Everyone is willing to pitch in and do their best for our patients,” she says. As a pharmacist, she loves being a resource for others. “We’re the drug keepers, and helping people with their medications—and continuing to learn as the field evolves—is what I enjoy most.”
Over the past year, Nicole has grown in confidence and leadership. “I’ve learned to be decisive and patient, especially when teaching others,” she shares. What motivates her most? “The people. My coworkers are kind, supportive, and a big reason I love coming to work.”
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys reading, biking, hiking, and movie marathons like LOTR or Pirates of the Caribbean. Fun fact: she’s currently learning how to raise backyard chickens—just don’t tell them her favorite meal is her mom’s chicken noodle soup!
