This month, we’re honoring the meaning behind Orange Shirt Day—a day of remembrance and awareness for the children who were sent to residential schools and the ongoing impact on Indigenous communities.

This year’s theme, “Unstoppable Together,” reflects the collective strength and resilience of Utah’s recovery community.
Recovery Day will take place on Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 2:00 to 7:00 PM at Jordan Park in Salt Lake City, Utah. This free event is open to the public and welcomes individuals, families, and community members to join in celebrating recovery and supporting one another.
In recognition of National Recovery Month, additional events will be held statewide throughout September so stayed tuned!
