Remember relationships are emotional bonds. Our relationships can only go as deep as our vulnerable emotions. Here are a few steps to consider:

1. **Acknowledge Your Lava**: Start by identifying and acknowledging your feelings. What are you holding back? What emotions are you afraid to express? This self-reflection is crucial in understanding your needs and desires.

2. **Find Your Voice**: Once you recognize your emotions, practice expressing them. This can be through journaling, talking to a therapist, or confiding in a trusted friend. Giving voice to your feelings helps to release internal pressure and makes it easier for others to understand your experiences.

3. **Set Boundaries**: Setting boundaries is vital in managing how much you internalize for others. Learn to say “no” when you need to, prioritize self-care, and understand it’s okay to put your needs first sometimes. Healthy boundaries foster respect for your feelings and keep the lava in check.
