Due to inclement weather and hazardous road conditions, Salyersville Medical Center will be closed for in-person care Monday, Janauary 26, and will offer telehealth appointments when appropriate. Appointments not eligible for telehealth will be rescheduled.

Salyersville Medical Center is a level two certified PCMH family practice clinic. We first opened our doors in November of 1996. Steven Montgomery, PA-C has been our physician for the last 12 years!
