We had hoped to find a new space for BT*Fit to call home in the event of the building sale. The poor state of the economy has hit small towns especially hard and San Andreas is no exception. So, while we had every intention to continue conducting business, inflation of our costs of doing business and the lack of an appropriate space in this area has made that option no longer viable.

When we opened the gym in February 2019 our mission was to enhance our community through health and fitness. We hope that you feel we have met that expectation, because it has been our absolute pleasure to serve this community for 5 strong years. We would like to encourage you all to continue working towards your health and fitness goals, to consistently make moving your body a priority, and to model to others that healthy doesn't have to be hard. A planned workout can help boost your energy, encourage proper hydration and gaurantees you get at least 1-2 protein servings in before your funnel cake.😉 Can't make it in? Happy Fair Week! As a 4-H, Grange and FFA Alumni I take the county fair week pretty seriously. As a kid, I looked forward to this week every year and have so many amazing memories that revolve around fair time fun and important life lessons learned through youth agriculture projects. So, I will be closing the gym Front Desk on Friday evening 5/17 so that my staff can enjoy our amazing County fair. If you get a chance, please go support our local agriculture by purchasing a ticket to the Calaveras County Fair & Jumping Frog Jubilee. 🐸💙💛🍀🌾

How cool is this?! Not only is weight lifting a great way to change your physical appearance and overall functional strength, but it can also strengthen your skeleton! We've heard a personal story from one of our seasoned members explaining that her doctor told her she showed signs of osteoporosis. After she joined the gym and started routinely lifting weights, her scans showed almost a full reversal! Since joining the gym she has gained confidence, stability, and bone strength.
