Sensory Bin Fun! 🌟

Yesterday our students enjoyed hands-on play and exploration with one of their favorite activities — sensory bins! These moments help build fine motor skills, support sensory regulation, and spark creativity in such a joyful way.

Fire Prevention Fun! 🚒🔥

We had an amazing time this week as the San Angelo Fire Department came out to visit our kids for Fire Prevention Month!

Our friends from the fire department taught the kids all about fire safety, showed them the fire truck, and even let them explore some of the gear. The smiles and excitement were priceless!

Community Giving at San Angelo Autism Center 💙

Over the last month and a half, our staff have come together to make a difference in our community! Our team raised donations for three amazing local organizations:

We’re excited to invite you to San Angelo Autism Center's first Trunk-or-Treat Event! A fun-filled afternoon for our clients and their families to enjoy together!

📅 Date: Thursday, October 23rd
🕒 Time: 3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
📍 Location: San Angelo Autism Center, 136 E. Concho Avenue
We’ll have:

8–10 decorated vehicles for the kids to trunk-or-treat at
Fun games set up on the turf
The playground open for playtime

Kids are welcome to wear a costume if they’d like!
Please note:

All children must be accompanied by a parent or caretaker at all times during the event - no children should be left unattended.

There will be no after-school ABA sessions from 2:30–4:30 p.m. on this day so that families and staff can participate in the event.

Parents/caretakers will park in the front parking lot and enter the side gate (left of the builing) to the playround. The games will be on the turf and the trunk-or-treat will be set up in the back parking lot.

We can’t wait to celebrate this spooky season together with some treats, games, and smiles!

Our students had a blast getting into the Halloween spirit by wrapping up as mummies! 🧻👻 From giggles to creative games, it was the perfect way to celebrate the season with laughter and imagination.

We are locally owned and have 10+ years of Applied Behavior Analysis experience. We are experts in providing individualized ABA therapy and are dedicated to educating, empowering, and supporting individuals, families, and other organizations in the principles and techniques of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We recognize successful programs include individualized behavioral therapy, extensive parent training, and on-going community collaboration.

San Angelo Autism Center was founded with the desire to support families in the Concho Valley who have been impacted by autism. We utilize research proven, evidence-based practices which ensure your child receives the very best care.
