This Independence Day, we honor the resilience of our veteran residents—like Mr. Morrow at Meadow Creek. After COVID-19, he arrived withdrawn and struggling. With support and therapy, he found new strength and purpose—and now shares poetry and inspiration with others.

CNA Week 2025 has come to an end, but the appreciation doesn’t stop. Thank you for always going above and beyond for your residents. We end our celebration with Wild Wednesday wearing animal print or camouflage. Big Thank You to Haley with Paradigm Home Heath for the Delicious Hot Dogs, and Vicky with Concho Hearts for the goodie bags!

CNA’s are superheroes with gentle hands, encouraging words and compassionate hearts supporting patients when they need it most. Of all the members of our care team, certified nursing assistants are the ones who provide the most hands-on end-of-life care to our patients.
Certified nursing assistants couldn't do what they do without a strong calling to serve. Happy CNA Week 2025! !
