It’s hard to believe this week marks the end of an era.

Samantha and I have worked side by side for over 7 years— she helped me build Rooted Wellness Clinic from the ground up. When I made the leap to start RWC, she didn’t hesitate. She believed in the vision, in me, and in what we could create together. I will forever be grateful for that.

Through the highs and lows, the chaos and the calm, Samantha has been my right hand and a constant source of strength and support. She’s not just a chiropractic assistant—she’s family.

This Thursday is her last day with us, and while my heart is heavy, I’m also incredibly proud and excited for her next chapter. Please send her your love, encouragement, and prayers as she steps into what’s to come.

Sam, I will miss your face dearly. I am truly grateful God brought you into my life. Prayers for happiness and growth in your next chapter 💛

When I row, I row with a team, and hopefully as one synchronized unit.

The taller ones have to match the strokes of the shorter ones. The stronger ones may have to ease up. The faster ones may have to slow it down.

The boat moves the fastest, not when a solo rower tries to carry the race on their own, but when all the rowers are in sync and row as one single unit. The smoothness of the team’s stroke makes the boat fly across the water. One person can’t do it alone. In fact, when one rower tries to out power or out row everyone else, it actually slows the boat down.

The greatest business teams also flow the best when in sync. When we all operate together in time, support, and direction, the business glides forward. Better results. More satisfaction.
