a sequence for beginners for anxiety and grief:

adho mukha virasana, bolster under chest
or pavanamuktasana if knee probs
adho mukha svanasana, supported
chair bharadvajasana
chair sarvangasana
adho mukha swastikasana
prone savasana

a sequence for seasoned practitioners when you feel so agitated you can't sleep:

adho mukha virasana, bolster under chest
adho mukha svanasana, head supported
prasarita padottanasana
sirsasana, 5-10 minute hold
sarvangasana, 10+ minute hold, supported as needed
janu sirsasana
setubandha sarvangasana and/or viparita karani
prone savasana
