🌿✨ It’s such a gift to be mindful of the vibration we invite into our lives, and to approach it all with gratitude. Whatever we are eating or drinking, we can pause to bless it, pray over it, and fill it with love. If you practice energy work, you can also lift its vibration in that way.
What we take in becomes a part of us—not only our food and drink, but also what we place on our bodies. And it extends even further: the energy of our homes, the spaces we move through, the people we share our lives with, all gently shape our frequency and well-being.
Even the things we don’t always think about—like the social media we scroll through, the music we listen to, or the shows we watch—carry their own energy. While many of these things are fun and important, they, too, can either nurture or drain our vibration depending on what we choose.
That’s why it’s such a beautiful practice to pause and ask with love: Does this food, this drink, this product, this friendship, this space, this content—lift me higher, or does it bring me lower?
