No Better feeling Than seeing all their hard work pay off!!!

My Why: After having a baby, it was so hard to get the weight off. I felt like I was gaining weight faster & faster within a few months.
Trying to plan a wedding and getting in shape had become a struggle.

▪️Starting Weight: 153 LBS
▪️End Weight 112 LBS
🌟I had dropped 41 LBS!!!! 🤯

✨I could see my results and felt it right away!!! Not to mention the fact that I lost almost NO muscle!!!💪🦵 Cristal was so great on making sure I didn't lose any muscle which I was grateful for because I still wanted to look healthy.

Hardest part was trying to reach my daily protein goal. I mostly ate high protein meals & at least 1 Protein shake a day.

The Best part of this program was seeing my transformation & having others notice my hard work. Such an amazing feeling!!!🩷
