Update: the booking link should be working now, but should you have any issues please call the Embassy Suites and let them know you’re trying to book in the WTPA block. For those that are trying to book your hotel rooms and are having issues - yes, there is some problem with the link. Our contact at Embassy Suites is going to go onsite tomorrow morning to get it fixed. In the meantime, if you’ve had issues booking your room please email your name, phone number, and what type/number of rooms you need to our president, Kimberly Luna, at kimberly.luna717@gmail.com. We will pass that information on to Stephanie and she will reach out to you to get your room booked. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
