Let’s talk about the power of compliments! 💬✨ Giving and receiving them can brighten someone’s day and build stronger connections. 🌟

When you’re on the receiving end of a compliment, practice accepting it with grace:

🌼 Say “Thank you” — no need to add anything else!🌼 Avoid deflecting or diminishing the kind words.🌼 Reflect on how the compliment highlights your unique qualities.

It is going to be cold this week! Please help spread the word about the San Angelo Salvation Army Emergency Shelter (overnight shelter...doors open from 5p-10p) and The Oasis at St. Paul Presbyterian Church (open from 130p-330p M-Th).

Also, donations are needed of food, water, coats, sheets, and blankets. Financial donations are also accepted. Donations accepted at Salvation Army and The Oasis.
