“When consciousness, which has acted as a subject up to now, realises that it has no light of its own, but has borrowed the light from the soul, then it surrenders to the soul. The fluctuations of consciousness cease. Restraint has now naturally taken place.
Then the brain remains quiet. It becomes empty. It ceases to behave as a subject and becomes an object, passive, receptive.
The moment the brain is transformed into an object, there is a diffusion of our intelligence equally everywhere. That means that ida and pingală, the sun and the moon, are balanced and give way to the third light, which is the divine force of sușumnă known as kundalini.”
The Hatha Yoga Pradipikă says that kundalini only awakens when grace falls on you, so all effort is useless unless that grace comes. What does Patañjali say about this? He says you do not know at what time grace will fall on you, so you must prepare everything so that you can accept grace when it comes. He says, 'Be physically firm, mentally stable, and spiritually ready to receive it.”

✨Your Body Is Not the Limitation—Your Mind Is✨

The Body Is Not the Real Obstacle
Whenever we feel stiffness, our first instinct is to blame the body.
Tight hamstrings.
Rigid shoulders.
Resistant hips.

But Geeta Iyengar reminds us of a deeper truth:
It is not the stiffness of the body that limits practice.
It is the stiffness of the mind.

🌿A stiff mind reacts with:

• Fear
• Impatience
• Resistance

🌿 A supple mind responds with:
• Observation
• Adaptation

The body opens when the mind stops fighting.
Flexibility is not something you do to your muscles.
