Go Tracy! Mayurasana!
Great job everyone!
After all the hip and shoulder work this week, we went to full Urdhva Dhanurasana. Then flew in Bakasana, Tolasana, and Mayurasana. Adho Mukha Svanasana, Adho Mukha Vrksasana(for some students) with hands turned backwards has helped the shoulders and wrists.
