Each workshop feels like a vast ripple, what happens in the studio doesn’t stay here, it flows out into families, friendships, and communities. 🙌

One of the most beautiful parts of this work is the perspective I receive from sitting with so many different people. Each guest who walks through the doors carries a story, and I never take lightly the trust it takes to share pieces of it with me. I love learning about your lives, your journeys, your joys, and your struggles, and yes, I think about you outside of our time together, too. 💫

Your presence, your kind words, your testimonies, and your referrals mean more than I can ever say. This little studio was created because I saw a deep need in the industry. A need for care that goes beyond superficial beauty, into expansion, authenticity, and soul.

Here, nothing is off limits. I believe in talking about the things society has labeled as taboos, questioning the belief systems that keep us small, and rewriting the narratives that tell us we aren’t enough. Because on the other side of those limits is your inherent joy, self-love, confidence, creativity, and power. 🌙

It doesn’t matter what service you choose or where you are on your journey, my intention is always to meet you right where you are and to remind you that you have a safe space to be your true self and are always welcome here. 💛

Reiki can become an expansive practice. Like the breath, it deepens each time you return to it.

To receive Reiki is to be reminded. To practice Reiki is to remember... that the divine and healing are not a distant star, but a quiet flame within your own heart. 💛

Think of it like meditation. The first time, the mind is restless, the body fidgets, and stillness feels far away. But the more you return, the more natural it becomes until presence itself starts to spill into every corner of your life.

Reiki works the same way. Each session builds upon the last, softening what feels heavy, strengthening what feels true, and aligning you closer to your essence while clearing away dis-ease.

I am here to hold space for your alignment and I am always honored to do so, but my truest joy is guiding you into the practice yourself, so that you may witness your own becoming.

This is where Reiki transcends healing and becomes a way of being. A spiritual practice that awakens you to the truth that you are not separate from the sacred. You are the sacred. 🙌
