Today may be the first day of the new calendar year, but I don’t believe the real new year begins until the Spring Equinox, when the earth awakens and the path begins to green again. 🌟
Winter isn’t meant for action or rushing forward or forcing clarity. It’s the season of rest, reflection, and quiet recalibration. Before we ask anything to grow, we have to tend to the soil.
Goals and dreams do require determination, but not without a season of renewal beforehand. If we leap straight into action while still carrying old cycles, closed off energy, or misaligned patterns, we’re planting seeds into unfertile ground that hasn’t been softened yet.
This time is not about hustling toward the beautiful intentions on that vision board quite yet. It’s about alignment. About listening. It's about your honest capacity. About creating the right conditions that allow what we desire to actually take root. 🌱
This is the work I’m in right now, too, aligning, rather than pushing. Releasing the versions of myself I once thought I needed to be, the way I believed success or visibility should look, and choosing instead to move slower, even if that feels like I'm crawling. Alignment, for me, has meant slowing down enough to feel what’s true, and trusting that clarity follows presence.
I’m a firm believer in choosing a focus word for the year, as an anchor. Something that quietly informs every decision, boundary, and offering. For 2026, my word is coherence. A commitment to living, creating, and leading in a way where my inner world and outer expression are in harmony. Where my energy, values, and actions speak the same language.
As this year unfolds, I’m calling in people who are ready for depth, for real transformation, and for a kind of luxury that feels nourishing. I’m calling in equal energetic exchanges, more coziness, more comfort, and more rest, not just for me, but for everyone who enters this space.
I’m letting coherence guide me into this next cycle. If your own word hasn’t arrived yet, feel free to hold this one until it does. Thank you for being here, for walking this season slowly with me, and for trusting the softer side of our dreams.
To 2026, Moonbeams! ✨️
