Modern Nutrition and Pilates is designed for the individual and their needs. At the beginning of our Pilates sessions together we will go through a needs assessment to determine any postural displacements, address any medical conditions, and develop a plan for your body with your goals in mind. Similarly, nutritional services begin with an initial consult. After the consult a customized holistic p

lan is recommended, including meal plan with an array of nutritious foods to help support your specific goals/concerns, supplement suggestions, test recommendations, lifestyle and detox recommendations, and many more! These recommendations are all based around a simple idea; to help slow progression of illness, and/or to help you achieve your best health ever! We have worked with a number of athletes, injuries, and fitness clients alike! We are goal oriented and bring a contagious passion mixed with knowledge to each individual body! We are committed to our client’s goals, as well as, growth and health! You won’t find a more dedicated and compassionate wellness advocate out there. With more than 9 years in the Wellness industry, Modern Nutrition and Pilates is the place to bring what you have, and make it better!

Such a fun night celebrating the best of tonight.

Thank you clients and friends and family for voting each year, three years strong is pretty neat. So grateful for my community and small business and can’t wait to see how things progress-as always your trust and support means the world to me.

Fun story about my business, I never intended to start my own business. I went independent after managing corporate Pilates studios because I wanted my time and life back. I was going to teach on my own until I figured my life out. Now here I am with a beautiful dream space for my studio, instructors working with me, and a list full of clients I absolutely adore.

Grateful doesn’t even cover it 😘

🌿 Did you know that the foods you eat every day can support healing and protect your health? These powerful ingredients are packed with nutrients and compounds that do so much more than just nourish—they can heal.

✨ Flaxseeds:
Rich in alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), flaxseeds provide omega-3s that support heart health, reduce inflammation, and protect against breast and prostate cancer. Lignans in flaxseeds help balance estrogen levels and may slow tumor growth. (Aim for 1–2 tablespoons daily.)

🍊 Citrus Fruits (like grapefruit, oranges, and lemons):
These fruits are packed with vitamin C, bioflavonoids, and antioxidants that cleanse the liver, support immune function, and improve heart health. Grapefruit pectin has been shown to lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease by 20% when consumed regularly. (1–2 servings daily.)

🥦 Cruciferous Vegetables (like broccoli, cauliflower, and turnips):
Compounds like sulforaphane in broccoli and cauliflower help detoxify harmful substances, reduce cancer risk, and support hormone balance. Turnips and their greens are excellent sources of fiber, folate, and vitamins A, C, and E. (1–2 servings daily.)
