Entering the field of massage therapy, I feel right at home. Connecting the body with the mind is important to me and massage is great way to achieve that. Therapeutic touch is a natural skill I possess. I can attribute this skill to 2 traits, nurturing & intuition. In nurturing, I pay special attention to detail, with intrigue, as I get to know and understand the muscles of your body. I allow my
intuition to guide me following signals your muscles send. Every massage is customized to your consultation and needs. We can always do a relaxing wellness massage but, oftentimes, people have areas of pain or discomfort and need deeper therapeutic work. I may use a blend of all of my knowledge and skills to make your session the best massage at that time. Some techniques I may incorporate are Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger point, Therapeutic Stretching, and/or light touch nerve stimulation, and more. With the additional training I have received, I'm skill and trained to work with the following conditions/symptoms:
*headaches
*low back pain
*neck/shoulder pain
*rotator cuff pain
*carpal tunnel
*limited range of motion
*prenatal
*TMJ
*foot/leg pain
*muscled tightness/soreness
*cupping for improved circulation and muscle release
As a massage therapist, I aim to grow and build upon my skills with research, ingenuity, and experience. Working with me, you get to experience the benefits of these skills of mine and we get to build a wonderful healing relationship. I'll travel to you in the comfort of your personal space or the convenience of your work space. Thanks for stopping by and I'm blessed to work with you.
