Some days you feel strong.
Some days you feel lost.
Both are valid.
We often try to judge our emotions - like sadness means something is wrong with us, or anxiety means we’re failing somehow. But emotions are just signals.They’re messages from inside.
You don’t have to fight every feeling.
Sometimes the healthiest thing you can do is simply notice it.
"I feel overwhelmed today."
"I feel tired."
"I feel hopeful."
Name it.
Breathe with it.
Let it exist.
Your emotions are not the enemy.
They are part of being human.
