How long is recovery after a Mommy Makeover?

When considering surgery, planning for the recovery is important. Having the time off work and support during recovery will help you heal.

Most patients are back to normal daily activities in about 2 to 3 weeks. More physical jobs or workouts can take 4 to 6 weeks.
