I love finding a spot in the pasture to sit and meditate amongst the herd. Most often out of curiosity they wander over to hangout and soak up all the 'positive vibes.' It's very relaxing for all of us.

During the month of May I'll be diving into the subject of mindfulness, gratitude and expansion for both horse and human. I'll share the story of how Ace and I have reconnected after my DVT /PE's. Me and the herd will be discussing some of our favorite practices and daily habits, and of course, learning how to integrate our dōTERRA essential oils with them. 🌿

WELCOME to our page Touched by Oils for Horse and Human. We support all creatures big and small. After years of using essential oils and now finding www.mydoterra.com/horseandhuman with procrastination on FB and not being too FB savvy we (the herd and I) are super happy to finally get this up and going.! We have so much to share, from our personal journey, to focusing on the emotional health of equines. We'll be offering education, support and sharing the many benefits and opportunities of doTERRA essential oils. Equine Reiki sessions available.
