A special thank you to Rick Cavender for bringing great live music and energy to the afternoon—it truly made the event something special.

Last week at Poet’s Walk San Antonio was one to remember! 🍀

We had a wonderful time celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with our families, residents, and community partners. The event was filled with great conversations, laughter, and meaningful connections as we brought everyone together for an afternoon of fun and networking.

It was truly special to see families engaging, new relationships forming, and our community growing stronger. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day so memorable—we’re grateful for each of you!

Poets Walk San Antonio was proud to host this month’s Admissions/Marketing Directors Meeting, bringing together dedicated professionals from across the community to collaborate, share ideas, and strengthen partnerships that support the seniors and families we serve.

We were especially honored to welcome a guest speaker from the VA, who shared valuable information about resources and services available to veterans and their families. The discussion emphasized the importance of collaboration and awareness to ensure those who have served our country receive the support and care they deserve.

Our residents recently enjoyed a wonderful cooking class with our talented Chef Joseph, where everyone came together to make delicious, homemade guacamole. From chopping and mixing to sharing stories and laughter, the experience was about so much more than food — it was about connection, creativity, and enjoying the moment together.

Activities like these help nourish independence, spark joy, and create meaningful social experiences for our residents every day. Thank you, Chef Joseph, for making this such a flavorful and fun afternoon! 💚

Today, we were blessed to welcome a group of spiritual singers who filled our community with beautiful hymns, familiar melodies, and moments of reflection.
