This is another way that we can take a closer look into your eye health. Most eye doctors will not scan the eyes unless there is a clinical eye disease. But I encourage all our patients to have a scan to reveal any subclinical eye diseases. This is a great way to see the progression and possibly the improvement of eye diseases with treatment.

If you spend many hours on a computer, tablet or cellphone you may be experiencing symptoms of over exposure to damaging blue light. These symptoms can range from headaches, focusing problems, eye strain, problems with sleeping and many more. 😭😴🙄

What can you do?
1) Change your cellphone to the night shift setting. It will cut off all the bad blue light from emitting from your phone.📱
2) Do the same for your computer and tablet.💻
3) Use a blue light blocking display cover for your desktop.🖥
4) Purchase glasses with an Anti-blue Light Coating. 😎
