Good day my peeps. I wanted to inform you that my hours of operation are changing to reflect a new path I have decided to take in my life at the moment. I am still here and not going anywhere. Going forward I will be in the studio part time assisting you to take care of pain management, rest and recovery. I will be opening my online books again once these changes are in place. I will provide another update soon. Thank you again for all the love and support. I could not be where I am without everyone’s support. 🫶🏼✌🏼

I am never this vulnerable about things like this but s**t happens. Unfortunately on the way back home from my vacation I took a nasty fall and broke my ankle. This hurts me so much cuz all I ever do is take care of others and now I have to focus on myself and my recovery. I will come back stronger than ever. I have amazing family and friends who are here to support me. Especially my girl who has got me through all this and stuck with me all through out MX.
I will be reaching out to all my clients who have upcoming appointments individually. Praying for a 💯 recovery.

Really think about what is holding you back in your life. Some things don’t seem like it’s causing a problem until you realize you can’t stop yourself .

Perhaps you keep trying to lose weight, but you can’t stop yourself from eating out. 🏋🏻‍♂️

Perhaps you say you don’t have time to workout, but you spend your entire day on Netflix.📺

Perhaps you smoke or drink and don’t think it’s a problem until you find yourself with a v**e everyday or drinking daily.🍺

You say you can’t sleep 8 hours a day, but you stay up scrolling on your phone. 😴

The list goes on, and in reality you are in control . Yet you have allowed certain things take control of you.

2024 is gonna be even more magical 🪄
On January 15, 2023, I moved into a new space and I was ready to get to work.
One of my biggest take away in the last year was taking care of my mind, body, and soul in order to help others. I am not going to talk about what I went through, but I definitely needed to go through what I did in order to get to where I am today. And as I continue to grow and learn more about the human anatomy and physiology, I hope you stick around cuz this is just the beginning. I have so many things to share and talk about, sometimes it’s very overwhelming and sometimes it’s just oh so simple. At the end of the day I am not perfect and don’t know everything, but I’m doing my best to help others and reach their own goals. It is what I was set out to do and I have always felt this deep in my core. It’s is what set my soul on fire.
On another note, I am building my confidence to create more content for my lovely audience. Not everyone loves to be in front of the camera 📷 2024 will be a continuation of business and personal growth….nothing changed, I can confidently say I know what I want for myself daily and that is small wins that eventually add up to BIG impacts.
