This week, Silver Creek Nursing & Silver Creek Nursing and Rehab had the wonderful opportunity to visit and tour Meals on Wheels, an organization that plays a vital role in helping seniors remain independent, nourished, and safe in their own homes.

We also proudly supported the Alamo Area Home Care Council (AAHCC) fundraiser this week, which gives back to this meaningful cause and strengthens our shared commitment to serving older adults in our community.

Thank you to the dedicated teams, volunteers, and supporters who work tirelessly to care for our seniors. Your impact truly makes a difference every single day. 💙
