Every day feels like laundry day lately… but again and always I will take the same perspective as you should with dirty dishes and be thankful; I am blessed.

A little bit about me…
Hi all, I am Kiera.
I’ve worked in 3 “spas” before finally setting foot into my own practice and space where I then aim my hands to do therapeutic bodywork and release what a lot of us hold on to. I help people heal and feel better, sometimes nap and rest.
In my therapy sessions of 15 minutes up to 2 hours (I can do 3 hours if you truly need such a thing) to help breathe, relax, release, refresh, unwind, and rejuvinate.

I have come to learn diet and exercise play a huge part in our bodies and lives, the way we hold ourselves, our tension.

Cupping and guasha is how I keep myself from falling apart 👌

I verse well in Glutes and sciatic releases, as well as shoulders, scalp and neck… I offer many modalities I learned over the years.
