From emotional and psychological support to helping families navigate difficult decisions, our social workers are an essential part of our interdisciplinary team. They walk alongside patients and loved ones during some of life’s most vulnerable moments, offering guidance, advocacy, and compassion every step of the way.

February is Heart Month 🫀

Cardiac hospice care focuses on comfort, dignity, and quality of life for people living with advanced heart or lung disease when treatments are no longer helping the way they once did.

Hospice care looks beyond medicine and may include symptom support, emotional and spiritual care, and guidance for families and caregivers. At Crest, our hospice team works alongside a patient’s physician and care team to support patients and families through this stage of care.
