At Empower Behavioral Health, our Remote BCBAs serve as dedicated mentors to their clinical teams — guiding RBTs, supporting quality care, and driving meaningful outcomes for the children and families we serve. While you’ll work remotely, you won’t be alone — our systems, culture, and leadership provide strong support for collaboration and growth.

Position Highlights – Remote BCBA
-$80,000+ annual salary
-$2,500 sign-on bonus
-Annual incentive bonus program — earn up to $16,000 extra
-28 days of paid time off
-Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule (no evenings or weekends)
